Pursuant to the interim order, the petitioners have already joined the investigation, as per the instructions of ASI Shavinder Singh, imparted to the learned State counsel.

Since the petitioners have lost their only son and are alleged to have abetted his suicide as per the allegations of the wife of the deceased, who has also suffered an irreparable loss, in the interest of justice, sending the petitioners behind bars in such circumstances, will not be just. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 10.2.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. March 31 ,2016 ( M.M.S.BEDI ) TSM JUDGE
