The matter has been taken up at the mentioning of learned counsel for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent wishes to withdraw the petition filed by her under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 registered as HMA-942 of 28.09.2022 titled as Palak Dev Vs. Panchul Madaan, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Chandigarh, but she has not been able to do so in view of the interim order dated 11.05.2023 passed by this Court. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is made clear that in case, the respondent makes an appropriate prayer before the concerned Court seeking withdrawal of the aforesaid petition, which is sought to be transferred by way of present petition, the interim order dated 11.05.2023 staying the proceedings in the said petition would not come in the way. On said prayer being accepted by the concerned Court, the present petition is also liable to be rendered infructuous.
