Learned counsel contends that the petitioner was sent on deputation to the school afore-mentioned and is entitled to extension of deputation in terms of office order dated 20.03.2025, Annexure P-11, as she had not been relieved by the time this order was issued. The order entitles

her to extension of deputation upto 30.06.2025. 3.

Learned State counsel has relied upon instruction received from District Elementary Education Officer vide memo, dated 01.05.2025, which is retained on the case file as Annexure 'A'. It is to the effect that the petitioner was initially appointed/adjusted against the post of S.S. Mistress (Guest faculty) on 09.02.2007. Since then she has been transferred several times, and on account of remaining absent and for non joining duties at the places of posting/transfer, her services were terminated also. However, she was permitted to re-join. Lastly she was posted at Government Senior Secondary School, Devipur, but on her own request was adjusted on deputation at Government Middle School, Phoosgarh from 15.02.2025 to 31.03.2025. On completion of deputation period, she was relieved to rejoin her new place of posting which she failed to do, and remained absent from 01.04.2025 to date.

4.

In view of the facts aforementioned, it is apparent that the petitioner was relieved from duty on completion of deputation period at Government Middle School, Phoosgarh, and was required to rejoin duty at Senior Secondary School at Devipur. Reliance placed by her on order dated 20.03.2025 is mis-placed since it pertains to extension of deputation period of regular teachers, i.e., PRTs/TGTs/PGTs/ESHMs/Head Masters/Principals, who were deputed after taking approval from the competent authority. The petitioner was working as Guest teacher and had been sent on deputation for a limited period of time which was never extended. 5.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition. 6.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that

) due to harassment being faced by the petitioner at the hands of Principal, Government Senior Secondary School Devipur/fourth respondent, the petitioner is unable to join there and may be granted liberty to represent to the respondents seeking transfer or adjustment or deputation to any other school.

7.

Petition is accordingly disposed of granting the aforesaid liberty.

8.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand(s) disposed of.
