RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to proceed against respondents No.4 to 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot, is directed to look into representation dated 26.09.2018 (Annexure P-5) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot, to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2018 (Annexure P-5)and RAVINDER SINGH 2018.10.26 12:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
