Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.272 dated 05.08.2020 under Sections 307, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25, 54, 59 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sukhchain Singh, has apprised this Court that an offence under Section 302 IPC was added on 09.08.2020 on account of death of one of the injured. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
