The prayer in the present Criminal Writ Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the false complaint filed by respondent No.7. Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner has given a representation dated 30.06.2021 (Annexure P-3) in this regard to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur - however, no action has been taken on the same till date. Mr. Naveen Sharma, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.5 to 7 and states that there are serious allegations against the petitioner.

CRM-M-28859-2021(O&M) -2Learned counsel for the State has contended that respondent No.2, Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, would look into the representation dated 30.06.2021 (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties. Heard.

The present case is an offshoot of the matrimonial dispute between the parties. As per the averments made in the present petition, a representation (Annexure P-3) has been given by the petitioner to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur (respondent No.2) on which no action has been taken till date.

In view of the above and keeping in view the stand taken by learned State counsel, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur - to consider the representation dated 30.06.2021 (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties i.e. the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 7 and permitting them to produce whatever documents they may want to produce, expeditiously, in accordance with law and in any case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

Disposed off accordingly.
