RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner Roop Ram alias Bablu in a case arising from FIR No.108 dated 15.07.2017 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa.

According to the prosecution, on search 3000 tablets of Alprasafe and 16000 tablets of Tredol-100 were recovered form the possession of the petitioner.

Considering heavy quantity of aforesaid intoxicant tablets, petitioner does not deserve the concession of regular bail. Dismissed.
