This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 23.09.2024 passed in CWP-24442-2024.

Learned counsel for respondent No.5 has filed a compliance report by way of affidavit of Jaspreet Kaur, Joint Controller (Finance and Accounts), Punjab Mandi Board, SAS Nagar, Mohali alongwith a copy of order dated 15.05.2025 releasing the funds for road safety provisions (Annexure R-1), which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.

In view of the compliance report, the present petition is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
