(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.83 dated 22.04.2017 under Sections 452, 323, 324, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Shimlapuri, Ludhiana (Punjab). Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 05, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 05, 2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
