*** Amol Rattan Singh, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been fully settled with the complainant in the FIR, as recorded in the order dated 05.12.2017, by which notice of motion was issued. As per the report of the Registry, service is complete but none appears for the complainant.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from Head Constable Gurnam Singh, submits that both the petitioners have joined investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required presently. Without making any comment whatsoever with regard to the actual allegation made against the petitioners, as regards the order granting them interim anticipatory bail, in view of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the State, the said order dated 05.12.2017, is made absolute on the same
terms and conditions.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
