(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.375 dated 28.10.2017 under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506, 467 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Baldev Nagar, District Ambala. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 06, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 06, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
