**** SANT PARKASH J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing impugned orders dated 29.07.2020 (Annexure P-8) and 14.07.2020 (Annexure P-6) and further to reinstate the petitioner till the final adjudication of title suit. It is stated by learned counsel appearing for the State that the learned Financial Commissioner is holding the court twice in a week i.e. on Tuesday and Wednesday. If the petitioner so wishes, he can approach the FC for seeking the appropriate remedy. In view of the factual position explained by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to approach the Financial Commissioner on either of these two working days and it is further desired that the learned Financial Commissioner shall entertain the application and decide the same as early as possible.
