Complainant-Surjan and present petitioner Swaran Singh are real brothers. Remaining two brothers are Malkeet Singh and coaccused Joga Singh. As per allegations petitioner and co-accused Joga Singh have fraudulently sold inheritance share of rest of the remaining two brothers and five sisters to one Lal Singh based on the sale deed dated 13.5.2007 and mutation no.5957 was effected in favour of Lal Singh. It is contended mutation no.5957 has since been corrected by the Revenue Officials and other brother Joga Singh has since been released on regular bail.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
