Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 submits that during the pendency of the present petition, respondent No.2-Anil Goyal has unfortunately died and the said fact has been recorded in the order dated 27.07.2022 of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Faridabad. He further submits that respondents No.3 and 4 have been acquitted vide judgment dated 01.11.2019 passed by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Faridabad.
