Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, at the outset, states that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 would not press the execution till the pendency of the appeal. He, however, prays that the appeal be decided in a time-bound manner.

Present revision petition is disposed off on the assurance given by learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 that respondent Nos.1 and 2 would not press the execution during the pendency of the appeal. The First Appellate Court is requested to dispose off the appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
