(ORAL) CM-3316-CII-2024 Prayer in the present application moved on behalf of the applicants-petitioners, is for bringing on record the legal representatives of petitioner No. 4-Sher Singh, who died on 03.12.2023 and further exemption from filing the certified / true typed copy of death certificate enclosed as Annexure A-1.

COCP No. 1211 of 2022 (O&M) [2] In view of the above as well as contents of the application, duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. The persons mentioned in para-2 of the application are ordered to be brought on record as legal representatives of petitioner No. 4-Sher Singh so as to pursue the present contempt petition.

MAIN CASE Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in terms of Collector's Award, the compensation has been paid to the petitioners, however, seeks permission to raise their grievance with respect to the market value or any other cause regarding the compensation as against the structures or trees etc. before the learned Reference Court in terms of Section 64 of The Right To Fair Compensation And Transparency In Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

[2] Learned counsel(s) for the respondent(s) raise no objection against the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners. [3] In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off with the liberty as prayed by the petitioners.

[4] Rule stands discharged.

[5] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
