This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 156 dated 07.11.2017 under sections 307, 323, 506, 148, 149, 341, 120-B IPC at Police Station Moonak, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 05, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 05, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
