Mr. Naveen Singh Panwar, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Ripu Daman Singh, AAG, Haryana for the State Mr. Satbir Singh, Advocate, for the complainant Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Babita, PS Women, Gurugram submits that upon conclusion of investigations, the police has submitted cancellation report and that the petitioner has joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered and do not oppose the grant of bail together with the stand of the prosecutrix who has come present before this Court and filed her affidavit claiming that she has undergone marriage with the petitioner and they are living together and she has no objection if the present petition is allowed. In the light of the aforesaid, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.10.

2018 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
