(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.24 dated 14.04.2023, registered under Sections 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 326 IPC (added later on), at Police Station Sadar Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Vide order dated 11.05.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioners had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Pargat Singh, that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.
