Since, it is stated at the Bar, by the learned counsel for the petitioners, that though the Investigating Officer (IO) concerned, has, after completion of investigations into the petition FIR, filed a cancellation report, before the learned Magistrate concerned, yet the learned Magistrate concerned, has, through an appositely made order, declined to accept the cancellation report.

Therefore, the present petition asking for the quashing of the petition FIR, is not maintainable, and, it is dismissed as such. 3.

Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to challenge the order made by the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, rejecting the cancellation report, as, became instituted, before him, by the IO concerned. June 02, 2022 ( SURESHWAR THAKUR ) 'dk kamra'
