**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) In the present petition, petitioner is seeking setting aside of order dated 10.10.2017 passed by the Supdt Engineer, Public health Engineering Circle, Ambala Cantt (P-7) whereby resignation of the petitioner has been accepted. Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued that the impugned order dated 10.10.2017 is liable to be set aside, as the resignation of the petitioner was accepted before the expiry of three months, as the notice was given by the petitioner on 22.08.2017 seeking permission to leave the job. Learned counsel further submits that he has given a letter to the department that he be allowed to withdraw his resignation.

This petition is liable to be dismissed, as the petitioner has not placed on record the letter vide which he requested the department to allow him to withdraw his resignation. Further the impugned order has been challenged by the petitioner after a gap of 1 1⁄2 years.

Dismissed.
