Present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to produce detenue (Ayansh aged 2 1⁄2 years son of present petitioner) from the illegal/forcible custody of respondent Nos.4 and 7.

In view of the undisputed fact that the parties have already approached the Family Court under Section 6 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 read with Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, no ground is made out to interfere in the present petition. 3.

Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
