Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing of order dated 27.09.2007 vide which the increments granted to petitioners had been withdrawn and recovery was ordered to be effected, which was stayed on 28.01.2010 and this case ordered to be heard alongwith CWP-10633-2006, which has since been disposed of on 02.05.2025 based on the decision dated 15.03.2012 passed in CWP-1724-2006 and CWP-10964-2005 on the statement of learned counsel for the parties of it being covered by decision dated 01.07.2009 in CWP-17156-2008 titled as Dr. Jagmohan Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others, against which LPA-1818-2011 filed by the State of Punjab, was withdrawn on 11.01.2012. 2.

Learned State counsel despite best efforts has been unable to dispute the above and resist the disposal of the petition in view thereof. 3.

The present petition is disposed of in terms of Dr. Jagmohan Singh (supra).
