Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that as the matter is still being investigated by the police, the FIR having been registered on 16.01.2015, a direction be issued to Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot to look into the representation dated 28.01.2015 (Annexure P13) and take necessary action.

Keeping in view the nature of prayer made but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot to look into representation dated 28.01.2015 (Annexure P13) and take appropriate action as may be necessary in accordance with law.
