Counsel for the petitioners bring to the notice of the Court that in a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. pertaining to the same FIR i.e. FIR No.39 dated 10.02.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452/427/323/34 of the IPC, at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar, directions have been issued to the Trial Court to conclude the trial within four months. The order was passed a by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 26th of May, 2022.
