**** JITENDRA CHAUHAN, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing in the light of the pandemic COVID-19 situation and as per instructions. Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 informs that out of approximately `19 lakh, an amount of `10 lakh has already been paid to the petitioner on 28.09.2020 and the remaining amount shall also be paid within three weeks from today.

In case, the amount is not paid within three weeks from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition. Disposed of in the above terms.
