Present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of appropriate writ, direction or order quashing the impugned order dated 09.09.2019 (Annexure P-5) vide which the services of petitioner have been terminated. Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Jatinder Singh, Senior Assistant, office of the Director of Public Instructions (Secondary Education), Punjab, has pointed out that against the order dated 09.09.2019 (Annexure P-5), an appeal was filed by the petitioner and the same has been rejected by the Appellate Authority vide order dated 11.08.2020.
