(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and further to ensure that they may not be harassed by respondent No 4 to 5 This Court, vide order dated 08.01.2015 had granted the interim protection to the petitioners. Thereafter, applicant-respondent No. 6-Sunder lal (earlier husband of petitioner No. 1) has filed application for impleading him as party in the petitioner and also for recalling of order dated 08.01.2015. This Court on 21.01.2015 had prepone the matter for the same date and directed the State to file a short affidavit giving the background of petitioner No. 2 and respondent No. 6 as now petitioner No. 1 wants to accompany her earlier husband and petitioner No. 2 has no objection to it. Crl. Misc. No. M-607 of 2015 (O&M) -2Today, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Chand Singh has informed the Court that petitioner No. 2 and respondent No. 6 do not have any criminal background. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
