Petitioner has filed this petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking directions to respondents to register a criminal case against Vikas Kumar, Sudesh and Kavita and to recover his daughter Monika. Heard.

During the pendency of the petition, FIR has been registered against Vikas Kumar, Sudesh and Kavita. During the course of arguments, it has transpired that so far as Sudesh and Kavita are concerned, they are facing the trial before the trial Court after presentation of challan. So far as accused Vikas Kumar is concerned, he has been declared a proclaimed offender.
