At the outset, he submits that in fact, the requisite amount has already been credited in the account of the petitioner vide Demand Draft No. 374306 dated 14.11.2017. Therefore, the petition at hand is completely misconceived. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she be permitted to withdraw the petition.
