R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 278 dated 03.12.2014 registered under Sections 406/420/465/467/468/471/120-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Police Station Gobindgarh Mandi, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State counsel and have gone through the paper-book quite carefully. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner is one of the person who accompanied with imposture-Baldev Singh and other co-accused, namely; Gurmeet Singh, Raghvir Singh and Jaspal Singh. Petitioner is in custody from 25.01.2015. The case is triable by the Court of Magistrate and it will take long time in completion of investigation and filing of challan.

In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of case, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Illaqa/Duty Magistrate.
