#$ !% Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Sudesh Kumar, Police Station Sadar, Amritsar, submits that both the boy as well as the girl have made statements before the police, which have been placed on the record, that threat to their life and personal liberty no more subsists.

Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and nothing survives in this petition, the same stands dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
