This is a petition for quashing of F.I.R. on the basis of compromise. Vide order dated 23.2.2018 the parties were directed to appear before the trial Court for getting their statements recorded with respect to settlement in the case on 28.2.2018 or any other date convenient to the trial Court. As per report received from the said Court, none of the parties appeared there to get their statements recorded. Non representation on behalf of the petitioners for two consecutive dates and non appearance of the parties before the trial Court for getting their statements recorded to the alleged compromise goes to show that they are not interested in further prosecution of the petition.
