(the aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in Virtual Court) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that despite an order (Annexure P-1) having been passed by District Magistrate, Nuh directing the Duty Magistrate to remove encroachments from Shamlat land, while also directing Superintendent of Police, Mewat to appoint police officers alongwith the Duty Magistrate, the needful has not been done and police force has not been provided.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, District Mewat to look into the matter and to do the needful in accordance PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.08.14 13:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
