No.8, Jalandhar and order dated 18.08.2008 (Annexure P-2) of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within two weeks positively and his bail application, on presentation, shall be decided within next three days.
