***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned transfer order dated 13.07.2020 (Annexure P-4) whereby petitioner was transferred from Hathin to Charkhi Dadri and impugned cancellation of transfer order dated 07.08.2020 (Annexure P-5) whereby earlier transfer order dated 26.06.2020 (Annexure P-3) vide which transfer order of the petitioner from Hathin to Beri was cancelled in violation of transfer policy dated 21.05.2012 (Annexure P-1). Learned State counsel, at the outset, vide an order passed by the competent authority dated 24.03.2021, copy of which has been tendered and taken on record as Annexure 'A' in course of hearing, impugned order has been withdrawn.

In view of the above, instant petition is disposed of as infructuous.
