In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 15.02.2020 (Annexure P-1) vide which the petitioner was dismissed from service. The petitioner has also challenged the enquiry report as well as the order dated 14.10.2025 (Annexure P-2) vide which the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of dismissal was also rejected. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that inadvertently the petitioner could not mention in the present writ petition that the petitioner has also filed revision petition on 19.11.2025, against the order dated 15.02.2020 (Annexure P-1) and order dated 14.10.2025 (Annexure P-2), which is still pending before the competent authority. He on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.3 to decide the above mentioned revision petition in a time bound manner.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that in case, the petitioner has filed a revision petition and the same is pending, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the same within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
