This is a petition for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to respondent No.2, inter alia, on the ground that respondent No.2 had to comply with a condition of payment of a sum of Rs.9,000/- per month as maintenance to the complainant. Counsel for respondent No.2 has submitted that respondent No.2 has paid the entire arrears before the Family Court at Pathankot and that subsequent maintenance is being paid regularly each month.

In view of said circumstances, this petition for

CRM-M-6118-2015 (O&M) cancellation of pre-arrest bail is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
