Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 06.1.2015. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-3. He has further submitted that petitioners have moved a representation to Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani-respondent No.2 (Annexure P-4) but no action has been taken so far. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Superintendent of Police, Bhiwanirespondent No. 2 is directed to look into the representation moved by the petitioners (Annexure P-4) and if required, necessary GURPREET SINGH 2015.01.08 15:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
