(the aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in Virtual Court) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner seeks issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 for conducting inquiry/investigation in FIR No.150 dated 20.6.2019 registered at Police Stationi Lehra, District Sangrur under Sections 447, 148 and 511 of Indian Penal Code against respondents No.5 to 10. At this stage, Mr. Ajay Pal Singh Gill, DAG, Punjab, learned State counsel, upon whom an advance copy of the petitioner had already been served, has informed that infact investigation is already complete and challan has been filed in the Trial Court on 9.12.2019. Faced with the aforestated position, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
