Petitioners Bijender Singh, aged 48 years, resident of VPO Dalamwala, Tehsil and District Jind and Joginder Singh, aged 55 years resident of VPO Kakrod, Tehsil Uchana, District Jind, have filed the instant writ petition, under Articles 226/227 of the constitution of India, against respondents State of Haryana through Secretary to Government, Department of Transport, Chandigarh; the

CWP No. 11944 of 2020 -2Transport Commissioner, Haryana, Chandigarh and the Additional Dy. Commissioner-cum-Secretary-cum-Member-Regional Transport Authority, Jind, Haryana, craving for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to issue offer of allotment to the petitioners, in view of the terms and conditions of Stage Carriage Scheme of 2016 and in compliance with the directions/orders passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 556 of 2020 (arising out of SLP (Civil No. 22800/2017) vide order dated 21.1.2020 and order dated 7.7.2020 passed in MA No. 1117/2020 and 1119/2020 in Civil Appeal no. 556 of 2020 (arising out of SLP (Civil No. 22800/2017), further praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for grant of regular permit.

Mr. Rajiv Sidhu, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, has appeared on behalf of the respondents and has accepted notice. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, besides going through the record.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and in order to avoid unnecessary litigation between the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take into consideration the applications filed by the petitioners i.e. Annexures P-21 and P-23 by Bijender Singh - petitioner No.1 and Annexures P-24 and P-26 by Joginder Singh - petitioner No.2, and then to dispose them of vide a detailed speaking order, giving

CWP No. 11944 of 2020 -3reasons for arriving at the conclusion. The needful be done within two months from today.
