The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.659 dated 04.08.2015, registered under Sections 363 and 3661A IPC, Police Station Model Town Panipat, District Panipat. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2015 and the prosecutrix and her mother have not supported the prosecution case. Copy of the statements have been placed on record.

The main witnesses have not supported the prosecution story and the trial will take long.
