This petition has been filed under Section 439 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.0127 dated 27.05.2022 registered under Section 22(B) of the NDPS Act, at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody for the last 1 year and 1 month from whom commercial quantity of contraband has been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
