SANDHAWALIA, J.(Oral) Present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner from Government Senior Secondary School Dharsul Kalan (Fatehabad) to District Sirsa in any station (against vacant post) on account of couple case and in view of Policy Guidelines dated 06.10.2004 (Annexure P-1). Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a representation dated 11.05.2021 (Annexure P-4) has already been filed to the respondents for the necessary relief. He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the action is taken on the said representation in a time bound manner. CWP-13244-2021 -2opinion that there is no requirement for receiving reply on behalf of respondents, which will only cause delay in the decision making process. Accordingly, keeping in view the fact that there is a Transfer Policy of Haryana Government for couples and further the fact that the petitioner's wife is a Government employee, posted in District Sirsa and there is a vacant post, as such, respondent No.2 is directed to take a decision on the representation dated 11.05.2021 (Annexure P-4) within a period of four weeks on receipt of the certified copy of this order. In case, the relief is not liable to be granted on account of any legal impediment, a reasoned order be passed and communicated to the petitioner.
