Coram:

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....

Present:

Mr. Kanishak Lakhanpal, Advocate for the petitioner. .....

Inderjit Singh, J.

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate directions to the official respondents to investigate the matter pertaining to false registration of cases against the petitioner and further harassment, torture, assault and pressurizing by the police officials on the behest and influence of respondents No.4 and 5 in order to coerce and extort the petitioner and his sons to succumb to the demands of withdrawal of cases against them. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner admitted that before filing this petition, he has not filed any representation to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ambala (earlier known as HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2016.02.23 10:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-4996 of 2016 [2] Superintendent of Police, Ambala) to seek redressal of the grievance. As no representation has been filed to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ambala or to the Director General of Police, Haryana, immediately before filing this petition, therefore, the senior officers are not able to look into the grievance of the petitioner. Therefore, this petition is premature. However, the petitioner is at liberty to first approach the senior police officers for redressal of his grievance.

With this observation, the petition is disposed of. February 11, 2016.
