Present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to the official respondents to consider and take action on the representation/complaint dated 03.04.2026 (Annexure P-4), submitted by the petitioner, and further to ensure protection of life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of private respondents. 2.
Petitioner claims to be running an electronics shop and raises a dispute concerning the sale and purchase of an electric heater for its functioning.
However, such a minor dispute is not amenable to adjudication by this Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to avail alternate remedy available to the petitioner, as per law.
