The petitioners are seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioners keeping in view their merit.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have sent a legal notice dated 28.02.2020 (Annexure P-8) in this regard to respondent No.2 but no action has been taken thereon. He also contends that the petitioners would be satisfied if the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide their legal notice dated 28.02.2020 (Annexure P-8). Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Aditi Girdhar, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice of the petitioners dated 28.02.2020 (Annexure P-8) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
