Instant petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for setting aside order dated 26.08.2022, Annexure P-1, passed by the learned Additional District Judge-cum-Presiding Judge, Exclusive Commercial Court at Gurugram, in Execution Petition No.70 (CIS No.EXE/1981/2018) titled as B.S.F. Co-operative House Building Society Limited Versus M/s Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited, whereby, objections preferred by the petitioner to the Execution Petition, filed by the respondent, have been dismissed.
