This is the fifth petition for grant of regular bail, pending trial, in a criminal case arising from FIR No. 75 dated 04.10.2018, registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Muktsar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2.
The second petition, filed by the petitioner, was dismissed on 30.09.2019 by this Court with the following order:- "Petitioner prays for grant of concession of regular bail in criminal case arising out of FIR No.175 dated 04.10.2018 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act at Police Station City Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Criminal Misc. No. M-28001 of 2021 Petitioner was allegedly found in conscious possession of 7490 tablets of Tramadol.
In view of the aforesaid, no ground to grant concession of regular bail is made out.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed". 3.
Thereafter, the petitioner has been repeatedly filing petitions for grant of regular bail and withdrawing the same. 4.
Learned counsel, representing the petitioner, made sincere attempts but failed to draw the attention of the Court to any fresh ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner.

Hence, the present petition is dismissed.
