"#  $ It is submitted by both the sides that mediation efforts for bringing about a reasonable solution between the parties have failed. Allegations against the petitioner in this anticipatory bail application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.181 dated 03.12.2014 registered at Police Station City Hoshiarpur under Sections 406/498A IPC, are that he along with his co:accused have usurped Istri Dhan of the complainant Sucheta and has ill:treated her mentally as well as physically.     the petitioner that there is no specific entrustment of any of the articles of Istri Dhan including the present petitioner much less any criminal breach of trust qua them, could not be controverted by learned State counsel.

Keeping in view that even the allegations of cruelty are vague and general in nature compels this Court to grant bail to the present petitioner. Thus, in the event of arrest, petitioner is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). He shall continue to join investigation. Petitioner shall furnish an undertaking that he shall abide by the conditions specified under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. and thereafter, he will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petition stands disposed off accordingly. #  !
